Jack Schatz
Video Director and Interviewer, "An Immigrant's Gift"

Since 1966 Jack Schatz was written and directed award-winning film, video and television programs for organizations of all sizes in the USA and abroad. Jack's credits include work for broadcast and cable networks (ABC, NBC, M-TV, ESPN, FNN and CNBC) and many local stations. Jack's association with Dr. Juran and the Juran Institute began in 1981 with the production of "Juran on Quality Improvement", the largest selling industrial video ever created on the subject of "quality". As an interviewer, Jack has captured the words and faces of presidents, politicians, and celebrities from the worlds of entertainment, fashion and the arts. 

Frank Converse
Narrator, "An Immigrant's Gift"

Actor Frank Converse has starred in many stage, movie and television productions. Many will remember Frank in his role as Michael Alden in the TV series, "Coronet Blue" and as Detective Johnny Corso in the TV series, "N.Y.P.D.". Frank has also starred in "Primary Motive", Everybody Wins", "Voices Within: The Lives of Truddi Chase", "Dolphin Cove", "Alone in the Neon Jungle", "Anne of Avonlea", Uncle Tom's Cabin", "Solar Babies", "Spring Feaver", "The Miracle of Kathy Miller", "Marilyn: The Untold Story", "Dr. Cook's Garden", "Hurry Sundown", and scores of other productions. Frank is married to television and stage actress Maureen Anderman.
