Howland Blackiston has more than 25 years experience in television production. He is the recipient of numerous creative and television awards, and is the executive producer of over 200 videos on "quality", including the video training series, "Juran on Quality Improvement". This series was the most widely sold and distributed video ever produced on the subject of "quality". Collectively, Howland's video programs have been translated into over a dozen languages and are being used in more than 40 countries. He is the creator and host of "The Quality Minutes" training series. Howland is a recognized figure in the field of quality, and has been a featured guest speaker on television and at major business events all around the world. A close colleague of Dr. J. M. Juran for 20 years, Howland helped create and launch the world-renowned Juran Institute.

He has served Envision Corporation, a Boston-based, multi-media company and Spectrum Communications Ltd., London, one of the largest communications agencies in Europe. John has worked in film, video, print, multi-image, multi-media, theater, conferences and exhibitions for organizations throughout the Unites States and Europe. He is author of "Car Wars", a book on the new car development process, and "Flying Fox", a novel about teamwork in business. John is currently working on a new book biography of Dr. Joseph M.
